COMMITMENT
This trader undertakes not to permit any illegal transactions, or any transactions that, in the opinion of the credit card companies or customer bank, may potentially damage their goodwill or have a negative impact on them. The following activities are forbidden pursuant to the card company programmes: the sale or offer of a product or service that fails to fully conform to laws applicable to the Buyer, Issuing Bank, Trader, Cardholder, or Cards.
