You can request the return of your order within 14 calendar days as of the date of receipt. Once we have received the package at our warehouse, we will refund the full amount of the order including delivery costs. The cost of the return delivery will be for the customer’s account. Items that have been handled cannot be returned for reasons of health and hygiene.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase without first contacting us.
There are some situations in which we can only guarantee partial refunds:
Once your return is received and has been inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned package. We will also inform you as to whether or not your refund has been approved.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed and the amount will be reimbursed. If the all the items have been returned, then the full amount will be reimbursed (order + delivery costs). If not all the items have been returned, then the amount of the item(s) received will be reimbursed. The refund will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a maximum of 14 days as of the receipt of the returned package at our premises.
Should you receive an item with a factory defect, then you may request replacement at no cost whatsoever. We will give instructions to collect the defective item and we will replace it in optimal conditions.
